First off, I really like the colours you used for this drawing, as they match really well. I can see that you've put a lot of effort into this, and I think that the anatomy is pretty decent. However, there are a lot of improvements you could make. The sleeves need size differences, because normal humans have arms that go from thick to thin. The fingers look pretty natural, except that more details are needed. As well, the shading for the hair is a bit off. Usually, hair looks more natural if you shade it like there are strands of hair. And for the future, maybe moving towards more digital drawings or markers would be nice, since coloured pencils usually come out looking somewhat "dirty" when scanned. And for lining, maybe you could try a fountain pen or a sakura micron pigma. I used to use a ball point pen for inking, and it just comes out uneven. Sorry if my critique sounds a bit harsh, but I hope that it will help you improve, as I can see that you do have talent. Good luck!
I really like the outfit design and it's a cute pose. I think you're off to a good start with coloring but you have a lot of white space between your lines. Don't be afraid to fill in that white space Nice job though
